  • The grape harvest is carried out by hand at night, at sub-zero temperatures.
  • While still frozen, the harvested grapes are pressed, leaving most of the water in the form of ice.
  • Only a small amount of the highly concentrated juice is obtained.
  • The sap obtained, through a unique fermentation process, has a very high concentration of sugars, polysaccharides, and polyphenols, which are highly valued in cosmetic use for their great antioxidant power on the skin.
